Skyway edition: Tasty, quick spot in the skyway. Highly recommend the gyro + Greek salad combo. You may need a nap after, but it is well with it.

Really good food full of fresh flavor. Super nice staff and a very light and clean place to stop for lunch.
I can't say I really liked what I had but that was on my since I was trying something I have never had before. I did like the bread and dipping sauces. The flavors were great just not what I was looking for.
I will be back again to try the gyros, I really love lamb meat.
The salad was nice and crispy, the falafel balls were good and the sauce on them had a nice flavor. I thought the pickle combination was a little odd. The pita bread and humus was very good.
Like I said I was trying something new and it was good just not my favorite. I will give them another try. -

Lunch with the cousin today! Trying out new places and we decided on here. For a lunch play on the Skyway, the venue is really convenient and spacious. It has a whole backroom for dining (lunching?, lol) and also a few high tables up front. Well organized and quick service.!
I ordered the greek salad and gyro combo today (~$11). The arrangement of the salad was good with feta, banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, etc? The dressing was tasteful but not 'WOW' as I've had at another place. Everything tasted relatively fresh, but not like outstanding. Kind of the same with the gyro meat as well. I actually didn't eat the pita bread (on a diet) but the white sauce on it was decent. The portion size of it was okay but not as much or as high quality as I've had at another place. I couldn't taste that extra bit of freshness in the veggies, that distinct flavor in the sauce and dressing, or feel that extra bit of meatiness in the gyro.
A good stop though if you're looking for Greek food during lunch in the Minneapolis Skyway and if you're relatively close. -

A make-over can work wonders and so can a face-lift! Both of these have served Greek Grill well and caught my attention after passing it many times in the sky way and not giving it a try.
The new look is bright and inviting and for a Mediterranean Greek salad lover like myself, I am always on the search for the next best lunch option that can meet my criteria:
Reasonable prices, made fresh, complimentary pita bread, and don't be stingy with the olives, because I absolutely LOVE OLIVES and will ask for extra olives if I feel there are not enough.
I am very happy to report that all these boxes were checked at Greek Grill and they get an extra star because I was able to have two servings of salad based on how large my portion was. So all of this for under $8 makes is definitely a winner!
Now, if you see a long line don't be discouraged, it moves fast. There is ample seating behind the front area so just wait and you will see things move smoothly. -

I normally get the Greek salad; it's okay but at the price, Green and the Grain's Santorini salad is so much better.
Today I got the Greek hummus bowl with chicken. I'm no connoisseur of shawarma, but I don't think it's supposed to be hard, dry and flavorless. It was worse than jerky. I ended up picking it all off and buying a supplement to this lunch (falafel for the rest of my hummus from Naf Naf)...
2 underwhelming, fairly expensive attempts...
